Simply Swadisht is a food channel,in which differnt variety of recipes are shown which are easy to make and tasty too.

Ingredients-
Chicken- 750 gms
100 gms - curd
2 bowls of fried onions
Bowl of chopped coriander
Bowl of chopped mint leaves
3 green chillis
12 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
Salt
½ tsp turmeric
2 tsp agri red chilli owder
2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 sp full coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
3 tbsp olive oil
2 sp ghee
1 small piece of coal
Method-
Mix all ingredients . give coal effects and marinate for 3 hours. Transfer into pan, cover with aluminium foil and cook on low flame for 15 mins. after 15 mins, dum cook for 40 mins on very low flame. Once done remove the foil and serve with roti or naan.
