To be quite honest tomato use in making the gravy spoils the taste of the chicken especially if you are preparing desi chicken. Bihari chicken recipe is best suited for preparing desi chicken over firewood. It enhances the flavour more than that prepared over a gas stove. But it is not possible for everyone to prepare like that.

@bharat, I love you recipes and the scientific explanation for the steps. . What can I do to avoid my chicken from releasing all moisture? As soon as I put my chicken for fast frying, it released all moisture and soaked most of the mustard oil. There was no oil left but just chicken stock after taking the chicken out.

बिहारी है तो देश है मतलब? मेहनत का काम हर राज्य के लोग ही करते है। बिहारी और यूपी वालो की जनसंख्या ज्यादा है, अपने राज्य में काम नही है, इसलिए दूसरे राज्यो में कम पैसे में दिहाड़ी का काम करने जाते है, और केंद्र सरकार के हर नौकरी में यूपी बिहारियो को नौकरी मिलती है क्योंकि यूपी बिहार के लोग हिंदी भाषी है।
देश के सरकारों तंत्र ढीले और भ्रष्ट भी इसलिए है क्योंकि यूपी बिहार वाले सरकारी नौकरियों में भड़े पड़े है, और सरकारी नौकरियो के interview में दूसरे राज्यो के applicants को reject कर देते है ताकि अपने यूपी बिहारीओ को नौकरी दे सके। सरकारी नौकरियों के पेपर लीक भी इन्ही राज्यो में होते है सबसे ज्यादा।जिससे पता चलता है कि कितने मेहनती है।😀
🚩मू मत खुलवाओ। अपने राज्यों में नौकरी नही है, इसीलिए दुसरो के राज्यो में काम दखल करने के लिए ये सब विज्ञापन प्रचार करना पड़ता है कि यूपी बिहारी सबसे मेहनती है।😀
देश बिहारियो के बिना भी है। और ये देश मे कई राज्य के लोगो का कृत्रित्व बिहारियो से कई गुना ज्यादा है। केंद्र सरकार की नौकरी दखल करके यूपी और बिहारी किसी पे आभार नही कर रहे। अपनी जरूरत है ,इसलिए कर रहे है।
बिहरियो ने देश नही बनाया। देश है, इसलिए बिहारियो को रोटी मिल रही है। और ये बड़ी अजीब बात है, social media में अपने आप को Veg कहकर veg खाने को लेके अहंगकार और दूसरे राज्यो के लोगो को Non Veg खाने के लिए म्लेच्छ इत्त्यादी शब्दो से बेईज्जत करने वाले भी सबसे ज्यादा युपी बिहार वाले ही है।😀
