I could watch a 20 minute video of Hiro just cutting stuff up. That knife in the begining of the video looked like it could chop a ham bone in two. These are the best cooking vids on TH-cam. Thanks guys!

Best part of the video for a suscriber: The "good afternoon part" and when he tries the food and nods. Cause that means that you saw it from the beginning to the end without blinking.

How could anyone not like that dish? You gentlemen have so much fun, and eat a good meal while doing it. I've told many people over the years, if you're doing something you love to do, with the people you enjoy being with, and are making money while having fun, it's not really a "job." It's getting paid to have fun with your friends, and that makes me a happy man. I'm hungry again:) By the way, I don't mind the blue fingers. Lol. Take care.

your knife skills have me staring at the TV. Cannot stop watching. Your new knifes are AMAZING and my god they are super sharp!! I am going to get 1 of them. Not sure which 1 I would get the most use from... Can you recommend which 1 would be the most versatile for the home chef?? thank you for your advice and the great videos... The comments about your hands being dirty are from people who don't cook and or didn't watch complete video. anyone who watches your videos knows your super clean and keep everything you use clean!!!
