- My life is very odd in comparison to others; I spend May- October on this beautiful little Island and October- May in the gorgeous city of Novi Sad, Serbia. They are both very different, but each have their own unique beauty!
Nantucket looks like a 1600s fishing village.

Hello Charles.A beautiful little town. The style of building the house reminds me a lot of England. But the prices of houses are incredible.But the prices of houses are incredible. You can buy a house in Hollywood for that money. When you have time, record a new video, for example beaches, cafes, food, fishing and so on. Many greetings from Belgrade!
All the problematic destinations that u had to deal with withe the US passport when you wre travelling in the past now are totaly solved with the serbian one and vice versa.Congrats brother!The world is yours rn.

I Hope that one day You Will motivate people around Srebrno Jezero or along Danube from at least Ram till Golubac to improve their environmet and Make it more attractive for touriststs. Small apartment in Novi Sad is 10 times better then million dollar house in MA. Life is not about expensive real estate it is about energy, experiences, close people family and friends.

I am glad you showed my Serbs how much real estate goes for in US/Canada. My family back home Loznica/Trsic doesn't believe me and think I'm rich living here 😆 oh how I wish. I cant even afford a house let alone kids. I live in Toronto Canada and anywhere outside or within Greater toronto area prices start from $2 million. Atleast some places in the states have cheaper homes but not in Canada for some reason.
Don’t worry, in time the socialists will destroy the real estate market and the price will be much lower. But then you won’t want to live there.
