@@vincent2872 I'm looking forward to this as well! But really hoping he can give an incentive of buying a few packs to get free shipping.. you know, to encourage more gardeners without them having to spend an arm and a leg to access seeds 😉 I feel like it'll be hard for them to compete with other companies without a free shipping option since there are so many out there. Another option would be to distribute to Canadian stores which could take that shipping factor out too.....

I grew High Scent Sweet pea last year. Despite me being unable to smell or taste due to that virus that was going round, I could smell this sweet pea wafting round the garden. I watched some videos last season about tomato grafting and it was so intriguing. I'd love to try it. I winter sowed some Anise Hyssop last season and it did amazingly well. The plants grew so quickly and looked like an established perennial in just a couple months

When I was in the Philippines, it was a breakfast tradition in our family to have a sauteed bitter melon. My mother cooks it so well that you won't taste the bitterness in it. And I came to like it growing up. In other instances, she pickles the bitter melon with unripe papaya and carrots. 😊

I just hit up Botanical Interests for their cilantro microgreens (and a couple other items 😀). I grow a lot of basil successfully, dry it for cooking and, of course, pesto. But fully grown cilantro is one of my nemesis herbs in the garden. The microgreen may solve that for me. Tomato rootstock - this is so intriguing. One of your YT gardener friends in NJ has been experimenting with similar and having success. Looking forward to see your efforts.

I love bitter melon! I make it in tea. It grows very well in my zone in the fall, so normally that's when I grow it. I'm going to try growing it in the spring this year. Love the flower content! I grow coreopsis, echinacea, and anise hyssop.

Good call on showing the packets. I've grown them from years (and watched you for years) and never knew the name of the company. Hyssop and other flowers. They surprisingly did well in a confined space. They are stunted in size in smaller pots, but still beautiful.

I would like a discussion on all the veggies/fruits/herbs we can grow on a patio in full sun/part sun in containers of various depths/widths. We are banned from growing in the ground, zone 8b, due to mean landlords…meanwhile the price of food is going astronomical. In order to survive, we need to learn what we can grow.

Bitter melon is called caraille (ka-RYE-lee) in Trinidad and Tobago. We eat it all sorts of ways from sauteed to fried. It's a very popular ingredient in our pepper condiments too.

We’re going to buy more botanical interests seeds to fill up our garden in Santa Cruz County. I’ve always had good results from this ( now your) company. 2023 should be a good year.
