Скажите, для чего это нужно? При полной потери ключей не имея мастер ключа прописать новые ? изменив код иммо ? или как?

Да, но длинна сид кода должна быть 96 знаков.
Авто после 2018 года могут выдать сид код из нескольких строк - это считать только на официальном портале Тойота.

Не очень понятно, как включить зажигание для проведения этой процедуры если нет ни одно ключа. Замкнутый круг получается?
Эта процедура не требует включения зажигания для подключения к авто.

Я правильно понимаю что ресет делается когда нет ни одного ключа? А если есть хотя бы один, то можно все другие удалить и прописать новые. Верно?
Да, но если он имеет права мастер ключа.

This method is possible only in Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
Immo reset is not supported by all Toyota cars.
Approximately 80% of cars can go through this procedure.
