Im a woman with diabetes and because periods and diabetes affect each other, they "hype" each other up. So I have month long periods that make my sugar spike. Kill me.

I can confirm from working at Chic-fil-a that there are people who come in that order all of our sauces for one meal and it baffles us.
As someone who has ordered stuff like this, i just wanna taste all the sauces and keep them for whatever snacks/meal i'll be having later 😂

That's why living in Europe is nice. Here in Czech Rep. most prescription drugs are partially or fully paid by health insurance which is mandatory to have. At least one chain of pharmacies even offers all insulin just for the price the health insurance pays them so you essentially get it for free.

oofta when Blau was talking about the cost of insulin got that was insane. if we low ball it a $3 a mean, at 3 meals a day, with an average 30 day month. You're looking at an extra $270 a month to eat and not die. That's not including snacking in between meals. Insulin pricing you're looking at around $30-190 per vial, around $120 pen or $330-590 per box of 5 pens. Of course that's before insurance, but even then with insurance you're looking at maybe 50% savings. Keep in mind INSULIN ONLY COST $2-4 TO MAKE PER VIAL OR PEN!!!!!

Honestly, that's actually why really obese people use a lot of sauces and things. The more hungry you are, the more the food tastes good. The more full you are, the less flavor the food will have

@Lil_cajun_cafe it's actually is something morbidly obese people do. I'm not saying everyone who uses sauce is doing it for that reason. But food does start to lose its flavor if you eat 10k+ calories of junk food everyday. Try eating a big meal. If you're really hungry, at first it's delicious. But it slowly loses its flavor the more you eat. It is scientifically proven

22:30 My sister is Diabetic, thankfully we're canadian so she only has to buy pads. I'm constantly thankful that we don't live in America so she can have a burger and not worry about how much money she has to pay ontop of food prices just to stay alive.

OMG.... Blau I´m a T1D too..... the insulin units and COST count got me mortified.... and made me re think how much insulin I use on a single day.... it gave me a headache of just thinking in the blood glucose variation after each brand :´v
Yeah, T1 is so sad to have. I knew he had diabetes but all those insulin shots could only mean T1. That's rough for anyone with T1D
And the cost of pads and tampons every month is also mortified. This shit needs to change!

Chat didnt get that its not you cant have sauce its if you order sauce you have to eat it, that means if you ask for ketchup and they grab a handful of packets you have to finish every packet thus making the challenge harder for you.
