- Before cable and the internet became mainstream, all most of us had was local television. Perhaps because of our minimal options of television entertainment we actually used sit through all the commercial breaks. Weird, right?

My Friend Udeme is a great man.
When he was a boy, his teacher asked him where he dreamed of working.
"There!" He said.
And he was good to his dream.
He knew that if there's one thing we have a lot of; it's sky - big beautiful sky.
In the whole of Africa, he couldn't think of a better place to work.
Up there, the traffic's not too bad.
At the end of the day friendly lights guide him home.
And so we gather at the bar.

1) The Ad is timeless. You can repeat it for the next 30 years and the message is still the same. Not ageing but sparkling like a diamond.
2)It makes you gasp when you first saw it. Don't lie.
3) It's is unique. Check the message.
4) It's is built on a Big Idea: You can achieve whatever you desire(Reach For Greatness).
5) The extra takeaway is the perfection of Storytelling(this makes me go crazy).
Udeme is a Great man. I almost cried. The good old days.

Finally found it. Gulder and Guinness had some of the best adverts honestly. They really took this beer thing seriously, kidding, this was a diffrent time, mindsets were diffrent, it was generally a happier time. Be glad you experienced the 90s and the early 2000s we won't see it's kind again.
