When you said: "Let's do some crack!" I did the wrong crack. So more than a year later I finally got my life back. I see the next video is about grass. No harm in that... right?

Not only do you make your own games, but you also help other people make pixel art for their own games! Can't imagine how many indie devs come watch these videos and end up releasing something successful. Thanks, man.

Don’t go into it trying to be successful with a game just have fun learn and take your time and set small goals there’s games out there were the graphics didn’t even matter and were still highly successful just had a good concept

Seen your channel posted on Reddit and I have photoshop so figured I'd give this a try. Love your videos, Pete, but I've got a question about MUSIC.
Is there any community dedicated solely to the creation of music for GBStudio? MilkyTracker, the application that makes music for it, is a serious pain to use. And when you're doing the pixel art and programming for a game as it is, it'd be nice to have someone else to help out with music (custom or just general royalty-free tracks). Reddit has very little community for this, which is normally where I head to first.

if you got an extra key that'd be awesome. i'm in such a serious bind and any little bit helps... i'm currently using piskel and it doesnt seem to have the opacity/onion skin that i want... like why can't i freakin darken the onion skin??? plus the opacity thing for shading... granted i'm sure i could find the shade i need by simple trial and error, but halving it seems so much simpler. also piskel might be an okay program, but i've noticed "glitches" on saved animations. either way, the more the merrier.
if not then i just want to commend and thank you for straight up having an awesome and fun personality, it makes tutorials easier to watch cuz it's similar to hanging out with a friend rather than going to class. i give you a classic youtube rating system of 5 stars.

I just found you recently since I’m trying to make some pixel overlay loading screens! Your videos are so helpful, thank you! You earned a subscriber!
I’m using procreate, but I think this program would work better... if you have an extra key, that would be great! But no worries if not! :)

Thank you for your videos, they are really useful! Do you happen to have a key for Asprite still? I would like to use this software

well in all reality, rocks are actually rarely gray. usually they have browns, yellows, orange, reds... blues, even greens. i guess it's depends on what kind of minerals there are in the rocks.
just google rocks images and you will see that grays are actually the rarest ones that would show up.

Do you have another video about crystals? Or can you just share these crystals with me. Not to use somewhere, but to practice?

Great tutorial! Just subscribed! I've been using Piskel but if you have an extra aseprite key it would really... "rock"!

Great tutorials, they have helped me a ton. I would love an Aseperite key. I have tried many other free programs but it seems Aseprite is number 1.

Hello, I'm loving your tuts on pixel art. I spent the whole weekend trying to compile Aseprite by myself (yes, we're legally allowed to do that). I failed really hard compiling it and actually corrupted my computer memory doing it. Now I'm drawing using my phone and that's ok. I'd love to share my first sprites, I just don't know where to put it.
If you have a key for Aseprite, I'd be really thankful
