I totally agree, missing a trick with closing shops and things early especially at tourist attractions. Definatley cheeky in asking for payment to get a photo taken with the sign
When I visited there in August 2020 it was packed and everything was open but I went during the day at 2 o clock but I was like you Sean I just stood there and took a selfie with the sign in the background there's no way I was going to pay them prices but there was a que mind a lot of people willing to pay aswell
Stunning video Shawn and lovely to see your parents back on your vlogs. Shame about the attractions not being open longer, especially with it being summer holidays. But hopefully that will change in the future. 🤞
Lovely video Shawn! Nice to see the other end/beginning of the UK with your mom and dad!!😀 OH! Also looking for some Spain Adventures! The Parks are quite nice!
well done at Land's End in Cornwall to take in the spectacular views and see the iconic signpost! In this adventure, I take a look around this landmark attraction along with sharing details of the facilities on offer. Land's End is the most westerly point of mainland Cornwall and England allowing for spectacular views out into the Atlantic! keep the good work on the channel Shawn, thumbs up to you.
literally went flambardds the same week as u , i always go the parks u go to a day or two before or after u ive never seen u!! Im going towers saturday dunno if u are and drayton tmr and friday
It amazes me how Shawn manages to go to so many theme parks and attractions during the summer and it is often just him and a handful of others there, I wish I was that lucky. Are you doing another Flambards visit this year ? If you do, check out the Healy's Cyder Farm which is also nearby there (spelt Cyder in Cornwall) and get yourself some iconic Cornish Rattlers Cyder. There is a guided tractor tour which I bet Charlotte would love, and they have animals there too, goats.
My dad spent months on the lighthouse working 4 weeks at a time I gt a chance to fly on via helicopter in My teens ..funnily enough on the same model copter as he one ur stood by ... that actual show helicopter wasnt actually an air ambulance it was customised to represent one :)
I agree, been there many times and have been twice to their summer airshow. Airshow are great! Museum is great and is the largest air museum in Europe!
You can have the sign personalised to what ever you want on one side and you’ve had to pay for it for years! Loads of people come by bus and the buses stop just before 5pm so probably shops shut cause of that. Love the vlog👍
Love your videos Shawn, been watching for a while now, great content, only just realised that you are local to Stoke-On-Trent, how would Adventure Shawn like to take an adventure on a paranormal investigation?
Great video ❤ I'm quite disgusted that they charge for a photo at lands end. Ive walked from Sunderland to Land's End for the last month and finding this out changes things somewhat. I was going to go live on Facebook and just walk upto sign. Is it unmanned at say 7am?
Lands End is a rip-off. Far too commercialised. Visited there once, saw the prices and drove away. For me, The Lizard is far more poignant because it is the most southerly point of the UK. A fantastic little cafe there too, practically on the edge of the cliff and they do some excellent food and cream teas. Best of all, to go there and park it is completely free, or you can walk half a mile from the Lizard village where you can park on the village green. Totally uncommercialised and a far better experience in my view!
Charlotte would love the farm, I have a photo of myself holding a baby goat, I wanted to bring the little darling home with me. I've always loved goats, used to have one called Nancy, when I was a kid (excuse the pun lol).
Shawn, it closes when it closes, its Cornwall, and also don't get fooled into thinking lands end Is the most southerly point either, thats the Lizard. 4.15pm in Cornwall is knocking off time, it's not all about making a buck down there, they know there is more to life, like surfing 😀😀
This isn't meant as an insult in any way shape or form, but you sound almost exactly like the late TV presenter Keith Chegwin....Are you from Merseyside by any chance?
How tacky to unscrew the iconic Land's End sign at the end of the day. Next they'll be tossing a sheet over the Statue of Liberty after hours so you can't get a pic. Greed at its finest.
Typical Britain closing everything early, Spain is much better where they open everything up for the evening. A stunning place and I actually love the touristy village. I was annoyed to find they'd blocked the sign off as it was free for all in the 80s.
I grew up in Cornwall and know Land’s End very well. Just like Flambards, it has gone WAY downhill 👎🏻 It used to have great exhibitions, the amazing last labyrinth, the galleon ship and much more. Now it’s got a stupid 4d cinema thing that does nothing except spray you with water and make your chairs move a little, a stupid wallace and gromit thing and greeb farm. It’s so boring now
Hi to Shawn's Mom and dad lovely to see you again
Great vlog like the model village an views wow
Thank you!
OMG that’s a statue of Morph, takes me back to my childhood 👍
Love it! Such a classic!

Brilliant vlog
Yikes! Have to pay? Well...that is indeed cheeky! 😀 Oh! You are also cheeky! "They might be gone" So funny and Brilliant!!!!!
When I visited there in August 2020 it was packed and everything was open but I went during the day at 2 o clock but I was like you Sean I just stood there and took a selfie with the sign in the background there's no way I was going to pay them prices but there was a que mind a lot of people willing to pay aswell
Hope you had a good time!
Great video Shawn
Very scenic. Feels like you are actually there next to the beach.
Great video, Clifton Suspension Bridge is worth visiting Shawn. Your folks are awesome by the way.
Thank you!
I have the exact same hat as your dad. We won it during trivia night on a cruise a few years back
Morph. That brings me memories.
Stunning video Shawn and lovely to see your parents back on your vlogs. Shame about the attractions not being open longer, especially with it being summer holidays. But hopefully that will change in the future. 🤞

@@TheSanbrookeAdventures Anytime
Lizard Point is where it’s at though.
you're right, one of the most beautiful places i have ever seen
Lovely video Shawn! Nice to see the other end/beginning of the UK with your mom and dad!!😀 OH! Also looking for some Spain Adventures! The Parks are quite nice!
Thanks for watching!
Cool vlog Shawn
Thanks!
I agree with you, Shawn. The sign should be free to photograph and the attractions should open until 7.30pm.
Definitely
Totally agree have to pay for a photo. Nooooooo. Loved the video though 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Could you do a video on the Tower of London. I’ve been outside but never actually been in it , I heard it’s amazing !
Thanks for your suggestion
Looking forward to some new adventures 😀 hopefully soon 😊
Everytime you mentioned the Needles I kept bursting into Charlottes song 🎵
aww hi mum and dad!! great views shawn!!
Great scenery, but I agree with you, it's such a shame to be charging that much for a photo with the signpost.
I remember a time when it used to be free!
When did you film this? Strangely quiet for Cornwall! We love living down here, every day is like a holiday!
This was filmed back in July
Awesome video
Another great Vlog as always Shawn
Thanks!

Great vid Shawn
Thanks!
Would love a video of the Boscastle Witchcraft Museum
I went there a couple months later because I was inspired by you
It’s an amazing video, where would you go in London like parliament, Tower of London.

great video buddy
Hi Shawn what do you think of lands end I like lands end it is nice
It’s a nice place!
A place you need to adventure is the Imperial War Museum Duxford because it’s one of the greatest air museums in the world 👍
I agree, been there many times and have been twice to their summer airshow. Airshow are great! Museum is great and is the largest air museum in Europe!
They also sometimes also fly spitfires and other planes on some days!
Thanks for your suggestion!
Nice video

hi there, may I know what camera are you using? and my mother loves your adventure videos!
I use a Sony AX53

Land's End where the north coast of Cornwall meets the south coast of Cornwall.
Directly West from Land's End is Canada
Thanks for sharing!

good
I'm going home, must take me sign first
It is ridiculous that they are charging £10 it should be free I totally agree with you Shawn
Should have popped into penzance to.my chippy :)

Every time you said needles i was singing charlottes song
oh yeah thats really dumb having to pay to get a photo with a wooden sign, im with you on that, cheeky! lol
I was quite surprised!
Lands end has been turned into a tacky overpriced tourist trap. I was very disappointed when I went.
It’s a shame that they charge to get close to the real sign!
The people who own the attraction also own the Needles Park
They do indeed
This isn't meant as an insult in any way shape or form, but you sound almost exactly like the late TV presenter Keith Chegwin....Are you from Merseyside by any chance?
I’m from the midlands
🤣🤣🤣 RIP cheggars
How tacky to unscrew the iconic Land's End sign at the end of the day. Next they'll be tossing a sheet over the Statue of Liberty after hours so you can't get a pic. Greed at its finest.
It's a money driven state of affairs now
It’s very sad to see

Rather pay for a picture next to Morph.lol

There’s better places that don’t restrict public access or charge for it. The whole place stinks of money grabbing.
