- Not without it's dramas, this week's instalment is the demoulding of a DIY 40 Foot Foam Core Catamaran Deck. 4 months of solid work and plenty of stress has lead to this massive milestone in the build of our 12.7 Meter Catamaran.

Wow. Demoulding, crane, lifting, flipping ..once more into the breech and edge-of seat entertainment. We'll done Ross, Janet and team.
*Ross, thx for inviting and guiding us through your dreams.* Why?
This morning I woke up early. It's -10 C outside, the ground is frozen and soon it will be covered with this year's first sheet of snow. Brrr.
Then I open YT and to my relief I see a rising sun over Jervis Bay on the other side of Earth, and my whole body and mind warms up.
How is it possible not to get a smile on your face watching this knowledgeable builder, his concerned lady, and a scoop of sweating and swearing guys de-mold, flip, and merge the deck and hull of a masterpiece of a DIY cat build?
Having followed you for years has been an utmost alluring experience.
However, I don't think I take too many words in my mouth when I argue that we, the many couch surfers from all corners of the world with little or no experience in what your achievement is about, have observed that this has been (and still is as you hinted) an extremely exhausting struggle. Summa summarum, I'm sure we are all relieved and impressed that everything seems to go according to plan and logistics. Congrats and well done Ross!

I was on the edge of my seat the whole time man. The stress must have been eminence. I dont see a way of toasting you at the moment becouse it is only 8:50am here in St.Louis MO. I never lift a glass of bourbon until after 11:00am. But I assure you, I will lift a glass in your honor! What an amazing accomplishment! Can't wait till the next episode!

We forgive you Rossco 😂 but what a friggin cliffhanger! Glad it released as we all know it would. Great job. Can’t wait for next week. Janet don’t be lulled into a false sense of “I’ll never build another boat” Ross is a friggin lunatic, give it a couple of years and you will hear him say “we need a bigger boat”
Awesome effort Ross and crew - no matter how big or small a mould is, it is always a combination of joy and terror as you demould - especially something of this size!
OMG - the scale of that thing... really appreciate what a huge undertaking this has been....

Goodness gracious - you were stressed! I'm sitting here puffed out from all that. An amazing accomplishment - can't wait for part 2. Don't worry about the length of the video. Phew! I need a drink now and it still morning where I am. Great job, all the thought and planning that went into that is of course hidden but it must have been immense!

By him building that boat , it’s the way he wants it and it’s stronger and pvc pipe to run cables and wiring threw job well done

Make sure you cover the tyres with something. The carbon embeds itself in the topcoat.

thanks for your reply, majority rules, I just don't have a solid 30 minutes to watch a whole video but if broken into halves, I can fit it all in easier , which helps your youtube numbers. Again great job
