I live in Canada. Years ago a friend found a phone. Went through it to try find someone to call to get it back to the owner and being nosy they did look at the photos. No one would return any calls that were made to contact the owner. Hundreds of images of rolls of cash, automatic rifles, boxes of Nike shoes, young kids posing guns, boxes of bullets etc. Took the phone to the police station to give it to the cops so maybe they could use it to help in stopping the gang violence in the area. Cops at the front desk just laughed and said "So what. They could be toy guns. What are we supposed to do with it." Couldn't care less.
