Chiang Mai Lantern Festival 2024 | Khomloy Sky Lanterns Festival
Join us as we visit the breathtaking Khomloy Sky Lanterns Festival in Chiang Mai, organized by CAD. Known as one of Thailand’s most magical events, it takes place every year during the full moon of November - this time on the 15th and 16th. We experienced the festival with the Elite Pass, priced at around $450, which offered private transfers, a variety of special food options, and an elevated viewing experience.
The Elite Pass is highly recommended if you can splurge a bit! The comfortable transportation is a lifesaver as the event is quite a drive from the city center. The standout feature was the elevated seating, 1.5 meters high, which gave us an incredible view of the thousands of lanterns lighting up the sky. It was a mesmerizing and unforgettable experience that words cannot capture.
