Thank you for this information for those who are not initiated. I have practiced many of the unknow practices un know to the west nearly 66 years ago and have not stopped since then. Mental yoga is not easy, but it will put the mind in a position that resonates at a much higher level and thereby be able to connect to higher beings. These beings are waiting for you to make contact! You must be sincere in your wish to contact them, or nothing will ever happen on the conscious level. once you have contacted, they will choose the entities that are closes to your level so communication on the menta level is possible.
