Ithink it should be : fseek(fp,-1,SEEK_END);
printf("%d", ftell(fp));
Which will give 22 as the number of characters

I think 23 is the number of chars and they are from 0 to 22, so the index of the last char is gonna be 23-1

At last it should be 22 right cause ftell(fp,0,SEEK_END) will take the cursor on(not after) the last character, so it should tell the position of cursor 22 then why it's 23?
