Spring is on its way to P&Js! Spring rain and sun bring spring mushrooms. Join us as we forage and identify mushrooms on our property. What have we been up to @TH-cam We have been transplanting cactus, making gourd birdhouses, prepping the sunroom for our garden seed planting to begin, and so much more!

Oh what a beautiful day! Look at those mushrooms, I haven’t seen those yet this year, but I’ll keep my eyes peeled! I have yet to find an antler this year, but I’ll keep looking! I can’t believe how many bones you found! On the hunt! Oohhh can’t wait for morel mushrooms either! You found another antler!! I see it, Paula and I heard my name!! 😂😂 I am so impressed! I’m not giving up my hunt.

That’s a lot of cacti, huge fox, we’ve only found jaw bones, those caps are the largest I’ve seen, squirrels are definitely other masters of nest-making, our morels aren’t up here until Alex’s birthday in May. Yay, you found one, tight rack! Great fire and pics at the end.

Hi P&J. I'm learning a lot today. I certainly didn't know that the deer shed their antlers. You guys are really doing great with the cacti. And those mushrooms look pretty! It's muddy in our yard right now so I won't be out looking for any antlers; but maybe they'll surprise me and leave one nearby.🦌

Coffee is a great way to start the day. The cactus plants look great. Mushrooms are so good for you. Great find on the antler. We walk trails in our area and sometimes find antlers. Enjoyed seeing all the wildlife.😊

What a beautiful video. Your property is beautiful. I have never heard of nor have i seen mushrooms like that before. I cant even imagine going out in my yard and finding antlers . Now do you do anything with the antlers when you find them? Thanks for sharing
Hi! The scarlet elf cups are always fun to find, alittle color in the spring. Oh it's so fun to find antlers, especially when you find a big one! Honestly we just collect them and use them as conversational pieces. We are hunters, and we only harvest mature deer, it's always nice to have antlers they dropped over the years.
