    I had a question abt this
    I read that ur throat has to take the weight of ur entire head
    But that happens if u bend forward like looking at phone etc
    Does the squat position also apply that...is my throat carrying the pressure of my head or is the centre of balance carrying it during that squat position
    Like if u were sitting in that position for a long time in the position the model is will ur throat hurt or is the body carrying the weight of the head as well
    also if u sit like that u will have to relax right since u r contracting ur muscles in that form
    U will have to relax once in a while
    Or should I start saving up for a standing desk
    Also like during meditation the postion they sit in cross legged can u explain about the center of gravity when sitting crosslegged or on a chair
