Protecting yourself from the UV rays of the sun is your responsibility not only in summer but throughout the year. In this video we explore some ways in which you can protect your eyes from the harmful UV radiations emanating from the sun.

Aapke aankho ki jaanch kiye bina ye keh paana impossible aur hanikarak hoga ki aapke liye kaun sa product sahi ya galat hai. Aankho ke liye ek 'one size fits all' wala product banana impossible hai. Har vyakti ke aankho ki apni zaroorat hoti hai. Aapke is prashn ka uttar agar koi youtube ke comments section me turant dede to aap uss uttar ko apnane se pehle kai baar soch le aur use istemaal karne se pehle ek eye care professional se jaanch bhi karale.
