This is an advanced guide on how to get back together with your ex. As an advanced guide, we'll be covering some things that probably go beyond what you may have seen or heard elsewhere.
This means that if you just want me to tell you to use the No Contact Rule and to write a heartfelt letter to your ex, you're going to be disappointed.
If you need help with those basics, this video is not for you.
As an advanced guide to getting your ex back, you might also think that this is going to be about hyper analyzing your ex and diagnosing them with a certain attachment style or psychological label.
That's not it either.
What I've found is that the more we focus in on the wrong things, the harder it gets.
Instead, this is about advanced level strategies that will actually make the process of getting back together with your ex EASIER... not harder or more complicated.

damn this video is such a call out xD I feel that I'm so good at texting now but when it came to the phone calls I locked up because I thibk too hard and scurry to read all my notes to figure out how to respond. you really have to BECOME what you're trying to become. although it takes practice and time. I can't just jump in without being prepared.

@clay Hello. My ex is pulling away after we reconnected and we have been sexually intimate. She is more and more distant and hesitant to talk to me and it's hard to build emotional connection and intimacy. I am having a hard time and need help. I dropped the romantic pressure but she is very stubborn and doesn't initiate at all. It has 2 1/2 months since reconnecting and we were in no contact for 6 months.

Hey Clay, so in your opinion there is a point where it would be acceptable to break no contact IF legitimate work has been done and there is an "all knowing" confidence about oneself and ones newfound position in life? I'm 2 months in NC and only broke it once. I've never made so much progress in my life and I'm honestly feeling great! Into a new MMA gym, nailed a new job with a nice pay bump which was needed, picked up another job on top of that for a side hustle, and have done so much work on my communication skills that people around me are even saying I've changed. Once my mom said I've changed and she has mentioned my progress, I knew I was on the right path. Thanks for your videos man, they help me stay in a shark mindset and keep moving forward

Is there a chance of getting back together with your ex girlfriend if she has moved in with her new bf. I know that she still loves me even though she is buying a house with her new guy. She followed her heart with me she is now following her head. Is there any chance of maybe doing a video on this subject trying to get an ex back who has moved in with someone? Maybe thanks Clay

As a woman we need more than just love, we need someone who makes us feel safe and secure, both emotionally, financially and physically. Maybe look at the guy who’s she’s now with and what it is about him that’s making you think that she’s using her head this time, and that will be the things that she wants but you are unfortunately currently missing. I’m only saying this as I also was in love with someone for 10 years when I was younger who I had a great connection with and had a daughter with but because he’s happy not working and not driving or work out where as I grew as a person and did my driving test, got a career and a house and love was no longer enough as I wanted more out of life. X

I am a bit disappointed. I was expecting this video to be more informative, I love your videos, you have been so helpful during my breakup. I need help with what to do to get my ex back but there has been no contact between us because he has had me blocked/ghosted. It's been 6 months since the breakup qnd he is the one that ended things. We were together 1.5 years. He is 66 and I'm 64.

You have to remember that he has a business selling coaching and information. These videos are posted to help sell those services. They give you a surface-level overview, to whet your appetite, but he’s not going to give away for free the detailed information he’s trying to sell.
