Great malt. I’ve had this bottle opened for over two years. I’ve sampled it carefully and (obviously)sparingly. With about a quarter of a bottle left I’ve found it at its best. Very odd bottle to appreciate this way, but well worth it. Great review guys. Thanks

The typical acidity of Benromanch and the cooling mint along with the fine oak, I think, contribute to the KIWI note of the smell and the flavour. The smoke also adds some complexity to the spirit. I like it very much.
It beats the Viking Pride bottles of Highland Park.
Interesting to find your review today as I just finished a dram of 15 year old and Batch Stenght 1 from 2019. My bottles are the new modern looking label. Is yours an old bottle ?
What temperature do you men like your whisky best? I find around 65 degrees farenheidt (USA) brings out the best flavor profile for my palette. Its fairly warm here in California in the summer so today my whisky collection located in a closet @ room temperature was around 82 degrees Fahrenheit . I've tried to drink at this temperature and also in the 70s but I find the alchohol burn takes predominance over the flavors. 65 F range is best for me. How about you?

I see it! For a moment I actually thought the box comes with the color-shifting artifact embossed on it.

Yep I’m angry as has great skilled people in this distillery and good casks really bad decision to chill filter to strip the oils and flavor yeah not buying
Yep not buy it been stripped of oils and flavor as chill filter it’s a shame as do use good casks would only try again if cask strength yep so sad when could be better
New packaging is rather plain & boring. Terrible decision.....Where they just bored?
