This is the complete guide to the new Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The room I booked was the Bleau King Room I will show you a room tour, food spots, entertainment and gaming. Is it worth it for you to stay here on your next trip to Las Vegas. I will show you how to get a good deal on your room. Full resort walkthrough and tour.

This is a pretty decent review. I like that it's not overly cheesy. When I was there last month I gambled a bit one day before Super Bowl when I went to get my tier match. I had a blast and won a bit. Slots were good! As soon as I was back home, I got an offer from them for some comp nights, so I'm taking them up on it and staying with them for a few days later this month. Super excited to try some of the restaurants, and the spa! Thank you for the insight and easy to watch review.
I just watch your video while I’m currently staying at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. I totally agree with all your points about the place. Probably one of my favourite places to stay going forward.

Excellent, in depth review. Big ups for including tables and slots in your review, something other TH-camrs neglect. This is one of the best reviews of the Fontainebleau I've seen, if not the best.
I’m currently in my room at the Fountainebleu and I’m loving it. One of my best stays in Vegas so far. This place is perfection!

We loved Collins at Fountainbleu. It's beautiful! The bar gave us bar snacks for free with our drinks. Warm Marcona Almonds, Fancy Crackers, and Olives in a silver serving tray. Was really impressed 😁
The best review of the Fontainebleau Hotel that I have read to date. Very honest (if you know Matthew) and detailed. Another great video by my favorite, @SayHiToMatthew! And you always make the food eating the absolute best!
A nice room, great food, terrific gambling, and beautiful resort is everything I want on vacation. I love that the parking fee is included in the resort fee, and a small refrigerator is provided too. Nice video. Thanks Matthew.
Local Calls. That's such an amazing feature to have covered by a resort fee. 🤣 I do like that they including parking though instead of other resorts charging more for parking on top of the resort fee. I can't wait to get back to Vegas this spring and stay at RW, FB and Sahara over a few weeks.

I'm glad you went to Mother Wolf. Earlier in your video, when you mentioned you were going to a restaurant for dinner, I was hoping you'd go to the Mother Wolf. I think their food is amongst the best Italian food on the Strip. I have seen the quality at many restaurants in Vegas start high, but then eventually slide. I hope they keep their standards high. As for Miami Slice, you should have gotten the Pepperoni Proper with the hot honey. I was surprised at how good that was.

$50 resort fee yikes 😅😅, literally just a made up charge for things that should be included in the price you are already paying for the room
Wait until you hear about parking on the strip and downtown. Very few casinos don’t charge both.
Resort fees are standard at all Vegas resorts

Love your videos Matthew! This one and the monopoly video series feel like the old school ones you used to post about the fun days you have in Vegas but also informative about new hotels and food! One question though, how have you been getting the recordings of the table plays in the recent videos? GoPro on a backpack mount or something else?

We just had our "experience" at the Fontainebleau this afternoon. We had our reservation confirmation number, but they "did not have us in their computer." We showed them the confirmatory email and the manager said, "that's from a different department." I cannot make this sh*t up!!! The manager made no attempt to make us whole, despite us being extremely nice. We are Vegas locals who wanted to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary at a new, gorgeous property. We got in a cab and returned home. We will NEVER return to the Fontainebleau, and will discourage our out-of-town friends from staying there. We will only return when this beautiful property, through the incompetence of current management, goes belly-up in 6-12 months and is forced to sell out to MGM, Caesar's, Wynn or Venetian.

Last time I was in Vegas, I went to CVS or rite aid and I got a couple of prepackaged salads, sandwiches, water and Gatorade for very cheap. I had that for breakfast and lunch and then spent big money on dinner. I was staying at the vdara and thankfully the room had a personal fridge.

@@DC-zi2rb No. I go to play high limit slots and to eat great dinners.
When it comes to breakfast and lunch, I choose to eat cheap because in the past I have found that eating those meals at buffets or other main restaurants have left me feeling full when I was ready for dinner. I think in my advanced years my body reacts differently to over salted meals. Eating a small salad gives me what I need, MUCH less salt and fresh up money for slot play, shows, tours, excursions and awesome meals at Picasso or Prime or Golden Steer or any other awesome restaurant.
When I was younger, my body could handle a breakfast buffet and then a big lunch and then dinner - not anymore, so I adjusted and good lord a small salad or pre-packaged sandwich is enough to power me until the evening. I salute those who can chow down. (Sniff). I miss those days.
How did you like Vdara? I stayed at Aria recently but am thinking of the Vdara this time as my mom who I travel with uses a wheelchair and I can get a much bigger space at the Vdara for us. I loved Aria but it’s sooo close to Vdara I felt like trying something a bit different but still ideally located might be best next time around. I like walking through the casinos and the feel of excitement of it all but I don’t even gamble.
@@jadexplores2100 I thought Vdara was nice. I stayed in a regular room. I liked the refrigerator and the small kitchenette. They even have a little kitchen table. My room had a sitting area with a couch and TV and I would walk around the TV and there was the bed with a TV on the opposite side of the TV in the sitting area. I hope that makes sense. The room got plenty of light. The bathroom was fine. They had a very big soaking tub with a separate shower.
I found it to be very quiet in the hotel. I think it caters mostly to adults instead of young people who are looking to party.
The one thing I do remember is that the hotel is within the flight path of a helicopter tour. While I was in the room, I noticed every 30 or 40 minutes helicopter would fly by.
There are no real restaurants in the hotel. I think they have a coffee place and a little cafe. And I do know they have little robots that deliver orders.
Regarding your mom, you may want to call or investigate online to make sure they have rooms that have extra access.
Since it's in City center, it's a minute walk to Aria and maybe a couple of minutes down a corridor to get to the blessed Bellagio. And, don't forget there is the tram that will take you to the city center shops as well as Park MGM.
As I wrote in my initial post, I strongly recommend that you stop at a CVS or Target and load up on some water/drinks, snacks and salads and/or sandwiches either freshly made or pre-made.

Mat a bonus to fontainebleau is the Tesla tunnel when going to the LVCC it sure beats walking home afte a day there

I’m glad they figured out their business and are offering status match. Looks like they loosened up the slots to attract more customers, at least in the short term. I will give them a second chance!
It was dumb to pull the rug out from under people after 12 hours! I'm assuming that's one of the reasons they had so many managerial changes!

Matthew, what happened to The Doughnut Bar downtown? They had Vegas' BEST doughnuts and the owners and staff were so friendly.

I walked through there last month & noticed the pizza place was a great price for The Strip. I wasn't hungry, or I would have bought a slice.

Why did Donut Bar close?
What are the additional charges for the room beyond resort fees and taxes. You mention like lodging fees. Never have that before
