All three of the games are in the rotation baby, I really love these movie based nes games, its amazing we got these as kids when alot of kids weren't old enough to watch the movies lol.
Haha that's exactly right! When these games came out I definitely wouldn't have been allowed to watch these movies because I would never be able to sleep. Crazy to think there aren't many Friday the 13th or nightmare on Elm Street games out there. The NES games are some of the very few.

Yeah it's definitely better. At least you can make progression in this one. In Friday the 13th you had six councillors to play as, and when one died you literally had to start over no matter how much progress you made. So annoying haha.

I played this game once and never played it again. But actually watching it now, its really not as bad as i rememberd it to be. Maybe im getting soft in my old age. Haha.
Yeah I never played this as a kid and maybe only one time before this playthrough. It's not bad. I would recommend it. I'm curious about it's 4 player mode. I would like to try that.
Definitely a better game than the NES Friday the 13th. But I agree, Mike, the Friday the 13th movies are better.
Yeah it's definitely a better game than Friday the 13th haha. It's too bad they couldn't have made some great games with these licenses. There's so much potential there!

Well like I always say, on this channel don't expect a great display of skill haha. I mean maybe if we sat down, had no drinks and actually tried, I'm sure we would do much better haha

It's actually a good game haha. And honestly from my experience playing LJN games, this literally might be the best LJN game on the NES. I mean that's not saying much but if I didn't know any better I wouldn't think this was LJN. The music is good, the gameplay is decent, and it's not just confusing as hell. Which are all LJN staples haha.
Heeeey, girlfriend. This video was very entertaining. And, I'll take any game over Friday the 13th. Seriously, it's worse than 9/11, Covid-19, and the band Air Supply.
Lmao yeah Friday the 13th was pretty rough. There's definitely worse but there's definitely way better. It actually is probably worse than COVID now that you mention it....

So just like Jason and Freddy, one game is easy to figure out but hard to beat and the other is difficult to figure out but then becomes easier to beat.
Still not sure if I'd rather be killed by Jason with a machete or turned into a cockroach by Freddy🤔
Neither one sounds particularly pleasant haha. But yeah this game is the better of the 2 I would say. I mean once you figure out Friday the 13th it's not terrible but it's still annoying and herd as hell. This one, although hard, at least you feel like you're making progress haha.

@@saiyanspiritsyeah the unlimited continues helps a ton. Otherwise the difficulty level would be pretty crazy. haha as long as I put a plastic cover over it first like our grandma's used to have, I guess that'll work.
