I can still hear that little boy's voice from him plus the smile and features . I have loved watching all these series thank you. I had a Lassie when I was a child but the memory is far back in my mind. Thanks for these movies.
Great interview. Loved hearing Jon's stories and details of his showbiz life, and his wife's book sounds a must read (love The Beatles). Thanks again Craig and Celebrity Drop
This is a really great interview. Who didn't grow up with Lassie. Sad to hear the fate of Tommy Rettig, as Jeff. Jon Provost classy and interesting. Appreciate these brilliant interviews with our childhood legends.
Beautiful interview with Jon Provost and his wife Laurie Jacobson. I grew up with the TV series "Lassie" and the adventures of "Timmy" and "Lassie". In the 60`s and 70`s, "Lassie" was a very successful TV show in Germany. Meanwhile, Jon, Laurie and I, we are good friends. It`s so great.
I love Timmy and Lassie so much when I was growing up and I still yet today are looking for a little Collie puppy and it's just so hard to find I wish I had another one
Lassie was the best show on TV when I was growing up in the US. This was a refreshing interview with a TV hero. Really get to see positive stories, and Mr Provost's wife is a delight. I will buy her books, and Mr Provost's memoir sounds a must read. All the very best for yet another sterling interview. Thanks Celebrity Drop and Craig Bennett
Humph, WOW!! I just loved Lassie and Timmy. Still do. Funny thing is, Jon and I are the same age, he's about 2 weeks older😃, but I remember coming home from School. A smaller school than he went to on the show. But the same era. He's like a brother to me..😊😊
But So glad to see Jon, Timmy all grown up now. Still watch all those old shows and what sweet memories for me❤❤❤❤❤ Love Ya Timmy, and sorry Lassie is no longer, but we have those sweet memories of "HIS", shows😊😊😊
I love Jon Provost; he's one of the very few genuinely good guys. He wife appears to be equally wonderful. I just wish we didn't have to sit through 30 mins of the utter ludicrosity of that ridiculous Australian accent - how can anybody take that voice seriously? Shame.
"We had to sit through 30 mins of" blah, blah, blah. You do realise this is an Australian channel? I am American, and even I know that. What a thin-lipped, unpleasant little insular thing you are. Having enjoyed the interview several times, Jon and his delightful wife seemed to enjoy the conversation very much. Might come as a shock to you, but perhaps to others your accent and voice is roundly grating.
How off beam you are you? An Australian channel has an Australian accent. Glory bee, as an American I am sometimes ashamed of my kinsmen. Get out of the trailer park, honey. Just pure nasty, insular, and dare I suggest it.. of minimal education
What a nasty remark. The interview was first class, the interviewer excellent. Both Jon and his wife seemed to appreciate and respect Craig the host/interviewer. The world does not come with an American accent, mercifully. 😂
Loved this. Lassie was my childhood. What a great career Mr Provost has enjoyed. Excellent interview.

Jon is wonderfully humble. Interesting interview. Loved this🙏🙏
Hi Jon. Nice to hear the full story of your early career. I'm glad to see you're doing well.

Lovely to read your comment Helmut and to hear you are friends with Jon and Laurie. They are a divine couple. Kelley

Jon Provost is a legend, beautiful that you spoke with his wife as well. Lassie was my childhood viewing.

Wonderful interview
When life was great. Lassie was the best.
This is the best. And then there’s his love story. Truly beautiful interview

Loved Lassie❤🙏
What I would like to know. Is the house that is shown in Jeff's Collie and Timmy and Lassie shows, is that a real house? If so, where is the location?
But So glad to see Jon, Timmy all grown up now. Still watch all those old shows and what sweet memories for me❤❤❤❤❤ Love Ya Timmy, and sorry Lassie is no longer, but we have those sweet memories of "HIS", shows😊😊😊

I love this interviewer. Always on point, classy, kind, funny, exceptionally researched and every interviewee I’ve seen seems to appreciate his style.
