I just found this video and WOW! I left Greenville in 1988 for Northern California to start my Air Force career and downtown is just wonderful! Thank you, City of Greenville for this peek at my hometown. I hope to visit again soon.
Hi, do you mind giving suggestions for neighborhood to move in surrounding the Greenville area? My family is thinking of relocating to SC and Greenville always pops up as potential destination. I heard Geer, Spartanburg, Five Forks, Mauldin, and Simpsonville are good neighborhood! Thanks.
Thank you so much for reminding me about Greenville South Carolina I am a senior and a widower considering to be located very interesting in your area thank you so much for being informative
Actually the consolidated metropolitan area, which includes Anderson and Spartanburg, has almost 1.5 million and is largest is S.C. And third largest in Carolinas behind charlotte and piedmont triad (Greensboro/Winston Salem/high point) and ahead of Raleigh/Durham
The only thing missing is a vibrant rapid transit system to connect the various areas of Downtown. I didn't see any supermarkets within the downtown area. I will pay Greenville a visit once the pandemic is under control.
Downtown Greenville has a partnership with Greenlink and from Thursday through Sunday, they operate a trolley service that is free to the public on four different routes year round!
