Cant get the income text box in income, I don't see a illustration option just a drop down with insert a text box. Libre office, So I played with your tinyurl one I noticed when you ad more amounts to it, it does not change the amounts where the icons are still says $39000 but on the second sheet it does change.

First create the text box, then click on the formula bar begin with equal to ("=") and type the formula. You should be able to do it.
