GhostlyPlayz94 they did all at once when the county and city whelens went up! They fixed all the bolts and did a radio deal so they would activate with the whelens! Then they said once the old ones die they are dead for good!

Lol and I love how the other 2 remaining Tbolts in that city work in full chopper and blower but no rotator! Well at least the still have life!
