Upon the Willows, by Brook Boddie (October 29, 1968 - July 15, 2020).
This piece is based on Psalm 137, vs. 1-3.
"By the rivers of Babylon - there we sat down and wept, when we remembered Zion. On the willows there we hung our harps.
For our captors asked us for songs, and our tormentors asked for mirth, saying. "Sing us one of the songs of Zion!"

I am so sorry I never had the opportunity to meet Mr Boddie. He seemed like such a kind and gentle soul, and the world has always been in short supply of such people. Thank you, Mr Barnwell, for this thoughtful tribute to your friend.

I just learned of his passing, yesterday. Our loss is heaven's gain, but such a loss of a beautiful soul to our world. Praying that his videos will touch many lives. This is a beautiful tribute.
