The Wilikin always felt very, somber. It’s probably the music, but they feel sad

I might be wrong but the main reason they feel somber is because
Kaos when he was a young boy brought the Wilkins to life and played with them happily. Soon Kaos abandoned the Wilkins and his own family to start being a villian. Most of the Wilkins remained and left Kaos Kastle. Most of them are fond of Kaos but are sad he hasn't came back.

Makes sense bringing back this song. Probably dr krankenstein who made all the dolls that Kaos would play with. Still creepy as hell how they appeared frozen sometimes but always were alive...
