    Mahalo for stepping up to the desperate calling of the need. Setting the precedent to make mental wellness a national priority. Speaking up on a imposed silent shaming stigma and to bring finally air and light to a suffocation/heaviness plaguing so many for too long.

    Thank you. I love when Vivid said that all fundamental change starts with our identity, who we are and what we value. As a transformational coach I applause this statement, and suggest that we start with each and every one knowing who we are, what is important to us.

    I agreed with him completely; however, it'll be very hard to achieve. Our towns are not the same and our community members are not constant. To build trust, communities must encourage people, particular young people to stay in the town they grew up. Problem is we continuously have people move in and out of communities that neighbors lost trust with their neighbors over generations.
