This started 8 months ago, so I feel I am doing pretty well. I am a handicap with a bad back and would like to get my life back. The first and most major step is losing about 120 pounds. Next is hopefully having one or the other done, but I am worried about hanging skin. I've not been able to do much of any exercise in more than 20 years, so I am expecting my stomach muscles are weak.

Liposuction does not affect future pregnancy and the pregnancy will not make you lose the effects of the liposuction. Tummy tucks cause problems with future pregnancy and shouldn't be done until you're not planning on any more children.
