I got hella high one time recently and decided to play Halo 5. I hopped in a custom game lobby, hung out and played it, and after like 40 minutes everybody else had left and I was the only one in the lobby. I spent like an hour just walking around, exploring and admiring the map, and staring off into the skybox. All while I was listening to my LoFi playlist that i’ve probably played like a thousand times before. It was a surreal experience to say the least
I don’t know why everyone’s arguing over this shit, the real world is more beautiful than Minecraft of course, but people can still appreciate this vid. The beauty of life is the little dumb things like Minecraft, the fact that it exists and we have a chance to argue over this probably from different countries is crazy, the videos saying to take a moment and appreciate beauty, sparking up arguments is a childish bloody move and this is coming from a child
It truly is a beautiful thing. Every now and then, I find an exposed cavern that just stuns me. Caves and Cliffs is a visually beautiful update. When the sun pours down the dripstone pillars to the deepslate base, I soak it in.

I miss being able to chill out at night outside in Minecraft. Having a large safe outdoor area that you could roam around freely at night without needing to hit a bed was a milestone for many players. then phantoms

Whenever the music plays whilst I'm playing an old build of Minecraft, I just stop what I'm doing and stare at my screen. I begin to wonder if I should even put any time into playing this world whilst memories of a younger, happier me play in my head. It feels like if I keep sticking on to whatever was in the past I won't be able to move forward in life. So I just turn off the game. It really sucks when you're older, because you have to constantly think about your future, current responsibilities, and more. I love old Minecraft from the bottom of my heart, but for now it's best if I focus on the future.

i remember i used to have like 10 friends come over to play minecraft with me on the 360 just for fun on random days. we kinda didnt know how the game worked but we had fun regardless. now only one of my original friend group members keeps in contact with me.

Y'know, I feel like this isn't actually about Minecraft, but instead about the real world. I tried, but I had to think about all those wasted hours. And I couldn't do it again. So now, I have picked up the habit of reading again. Thank you for the good time, Minecraft. But sometimes you need to lose something, only to realize later that it didn't matter anyway.
If you need the motivation to keep on making worlds, I'm here to give the motivation because like, I'm at a point where I don't have any motivation for literally anything, I don't need it that much, for now of course. I've made so many hardcore worlds, lost with diamond armour, even netherite armour and tools but y'know, at the end of the day it's a game where if you die you learn something new and you shouldn't take a GAME that seriously plus if you really really like gaming like I do, you won't give up that easily, I'll say.

I once had a minecraft world I shared with my brother. It mostly comprised various gifts from me to him. It was the time of the pandemic, and I was still in primary school, so not much money but a lot of time. We started the survival world, but I would go creative when he wasn't online and spend hours building structures for him. He didn't mind, actually, he was happy and I was happy too! My greatest builds included: a redstone mansion, a working giant infinity gauntlet, a mini story in a Santa village, a memorial exhibition of all our favourite minecraft moments together and a parkour course followed by a mini game and story map leading to a giant cake that was a party room in the middle. The last one was his birthday gift. Alas, I got a new hard disc and for some unknown reason lost the world. But we still remember how fun it was, and maybe one day We will rebuild
This also relates to real life, remember to take a break once in a while and just appreciate what you have. It’s so easy to get caught up with work but it’s important to take that extra time to relax and spend time with loved ones because before you know it, it will all be gone. Merry Christmas everyone.

You're filling that pool wrong. You have to start from the bottom and work up. It'll be stuck flowing forever how you're doing it.

We started the survival world, but I would go creative when he wasn't online and spend hours building structures for him. He didn't mind, actually, he was happy and I was happy too! My greatest builds included: a redstone mansion, a working giant infinity gauntlet, a mini story in a Santa village, a memorial exhibition of all our favourite minecraft moments together and a parkour course followed by a mini game and story map leading to a giant cake that was a party room in the middle. The last one was his birthday gift.
Alas, I got a new hard disc and for some unknown reason lost the world.
But we still remember how fun it was, and maybe one day

This also relates to real life, remember to take a break once in a while and just appreciate what you have. It’s so easy to get caught up with work but it’s important to take that extra time to relax and spend time with loved ones because before you know it, it will all be gone.

amidst all the noise and static i sometimes find little sporadic pockets of unjustified/seemingly unreasonable happiness and i dont realize how good they are until they've passed! the world is a crazy place
