2K injuries are so fake 😂. I was doing the MyLeague/MyCareer thing where you play as your player in MyLeague and my player got an ankle injury after falling down from a 3 pointer. No contact with anybody else's foot, not even landing awkwardly.
Cantclonehim First create a player, after that's done go into the roster editor and make a roster where your players is on the team you want, and the go to MyGm/MyLeague and create a new one, and put it on custom rosters. Then use the roster that your player is on. In-game, to get the MyCareer feel, go to settings and put the player lock on whatever position your player is. Also, a quick tip, for better experience, while your in-game press up on the d-pad. (you can also make a player in MyGm/MyLeague)
