Sir say we had to calculate the DC bias operating characteristics point and there's no coupling capacitor between the Rs and the transistor.. Do we take the Rs into consideration when calculating or do we change the AC voltage to DC.. Like how do we go about calculating?

If there us no coupling capacitor then we need to consider the series resistor Rs in the DC analysis.
