Hi, i have a question to wled with one esp, is there a way to save your preset to the esp, that i don’t have to connect it to my phone after turning it on and choose my preset?

VERY Confusing as the S300 link does NOT take you the S300 order page, but instead goes to the S100 order page even though *they are displaying the S300 chair.* Are they purposefully lying or just incompetent? In fact, you cannot even buy an S300 chair - the only thing that you can do is buy a coupon good for a future discount on the S300 - Final price = $667 (yes, I know it's for a pre-order, still terrible)
Also note - They say free shipping but if you decide it's not for you, they WILL deduct their shipping charges + you have to pay to ship it back AND they have the option to charge a 15% refund fee so your eventual refund is going to be much lower.
Herman-Miller's return policy is similar. Haworth doesn't even allow you to use the chair and you only have 14 days and everything has to be in it's original packaging. Without comparing it to other return policies, yes, it does seem a bit strict. Compared to others however, it's about middle of the road. I agree with the website complaint, it is confusing. I just used the search bar on the site and was able to find it. They do need to make the site more user friendly. That being said, I was able to purchase the chair with little issue. If you wanna talk about incompetence, try dealing with Flexispot. My interactions with them were maddening. They sent me the wrong chair then offered me $30 to keep it instead of sending me the right chair. Then told me that there was a 90% chance of getting the wrong chair again. After my threatening to contact my bank, they finally sent a prepaid return slip.
