I attempted this road last year with my old Grand Cherokee. I decided to turn around after I almost sunk the Jeep in the second to last water hole at the end. It came up over the hood in a wave.
Dude I can tell you it’s super dry right now and it was still enough water to go up over my windshield through the open freedom panels and get me soaked I went through it again after this video and it was actually even drier and There was still tons of mud. I could totally see how someone could get stuck in that second to last hole
We need to figure out a date and just make a list of roads in close proximity and just move along in a group probably will need a trailer or a pick up or 2
@@Jeeppeeps yup I got the bedtred in the back of my Jeep for that stuff. Cause where I clean a trailer definitely won’t make it. People are nasty for dumping in the woods. I even set up trail cams to try n catch dumpers … fitzwilliam is pretty clean . In the beginning the dump was charging me to bring stuff cause they didn’t believe I was cleaning trails , but after a year of doing it they don’t charge me anymore.
My wife & I would be down for a fall clean up. We just got a Wrangler 4XE Sahara and we've been hesitant to take it out on trails alone. I've been trying to convince my buddy to buy a jeep but no luck thus yet! No real experience wheeling except for having an XJ back in high school/college that I'd take on farm roads in Maryland
I’m actually gonna hit up gap mountain this Sunday …. We’ll thinking about it. Last time it was pretty gnarly , lots of deep washouts. Depends on if my trail buddy can go. One class 6 I won’t go on alone.
Where is that? Fit William right? Near Monadnock ? I’ve heard that’s a great one. I want to do the mink Hills area up by the Henniker Warner line Cunningham Pond Road I’ve heard that’s pretty crazy I’ve done a couple over there and they’ve all been good. I wish I didn’t have to go to a family party Sunday or I would be down. Maybe next week sometime?
@@Jeeppeeps yeah fitzwilliam is in the lower southwestern part , 8 mins to Massachusetts. I work Mon - fri. So weekends are best unless it’s raining. I’d be willing to play hooky tho for the right trail day. I am my own boss. Lol . I’ve wanted to do that run for a few years. Just never do. Cunningham pond is an hour from me not that bad at all.
I’m my own boss too! But I help my family business on sundays usually due to lack of help I’m actually thinking of playing hooky Monday lol I live half the time in York Maine and the other half 15 mins north of Boston in Massachusetts I drive through New Hampshire probably four times a week!..anyway always looking for trail buddies Let me know if you ever want to go
@@Jeeppeeps i understand. Helping family is better karma . Sounds like you travel a lot. I would love to follow along on some 6’s. I’m very flexible on days of wheelin . I mostly go sundays because riding class 6 roads is my church. Lol
me too this year i've gotten 3 mud flaps an inner fender a bump stock an air filter and two NH tags not to mention the hundred or so cans ive taken with me..thank you for doing that its people like you that keep the roads available for everyone else
I used to live on Tammi Lane in Epping, many years ago. The town sure has changed. Had my first jeep there and have had many since. Like your video.

That 2nd to last hole has been burying trucks for at least 25 years. I know. I swam in it back then to hook a chain on my truck to get out!!!
@@stewpuddy4161 I made it through in a stock 2001 Grand Cherokee but the water reached the side mirrors
I’m definitely down with a fall clean up. I do it here in town all year

I always pick up the little stuff but some of it is pretty crazy like old TVs toilets etc.

I did a nice gap mountain loop starting in Rindge and up to Troy and back to Fitzwilliam. There are technically three (3) gap mountain class VI roads.
I always take trash with me if I find it on the trails
