I've been watching the new season and I've noticed something! Why when Emily doing her gold weights is there still gold left in the pan ? She's stopping at a certain number and leaving gold in weighted ? I don't understand, ( example , episode 2 she weights up to 20 oz and there is still probably 5 - 10 oz left in the tray ! Why?
I have notice that as well and I think the first weigh out is for the bills that need to be paid and the rest is profit. I think at the end of the show they did show her total and it was higher than the 20oz. Just my thought on it.
Mind hsve so so many overheads needs 2 find 500 ounches of gold good luck 2 the workers and shawn sounds like a truly decent bloke good luck 4 the future lads and do believe that there will hit that jackpot good luck

Look at the scales - they read 176.5 oz. For a value of 212K, that is $1200/oz. Gold hasn't been that price for years. When was this taken? Something not right here.
When you set the jar on, you hit a button on the scale that zero’s it out and doesn’t count the jar. Then you dump the gold in and it’ll show the weight without the jar, pretty sure that’s what we’re seeing (most weigh in’s) though this one looks like it was at 120g with the jar before the gold.
