- Hi. Welcome to my channel. Today I am playing the piano accompaniment of a piece called The Holy City by Michael Maybrick. I was very lucky to play this piece with a choir in June 2019 and I hope we can come back together again after the current Covid-19 situation.

My grandmother used to play this piece on the piano in church back in the 1980's.
I used to turn the pages for her as she played the piano for the church choir.

I played this song (not exactly like this) at a youth rally when I was 18 and I got to the third verse and went blank and faked an ending and quit. No, I did not have the sheet music with me. I had played it several times before without a problem.
