The diagram uses linear slopes for the attack and decay, but a curve (and not exponential) for the release... Curious... Normally envelopes have either all linear or all exponential slopes... (Reality typically has non-linear curves, of course!)
I'm campaigning for PianoBook to use a free sampler software... Why should users be forced to pay $$$s for a player to use free instruments, when free samplers are available?
The samples are made by the community and all WAVs are available with the samples so is is down to the community to pitch in and make versions on the various free platforms so Randy, time to roll your sleeves up!

@@randymiles7023 the SFZ format is open and there are free sample players that support it. You can filter pianobook and find the SFZ samples but also go find a Kontakt one and try creating SFZ from the WAVs
I use the free Kontakt Player with Pianobook libraries. Yes...there are some of the limitations. I’ve learned to live with them until I get Kontakt Full.

The diagram is much neater if the key down is shown with a 'Down' arrow!
