I just realized, the music at the beginning is a scary version of Godzilla's Theme. Orga kind of IS Godzilla. He used Godzilla's regenerator g1 to form his body, so he has Godzilla's same DNA. just wanted to point that out.
His head was based on zilla so yeah ur right
Also I thought it was organizer g1
It is called Organizer G1 in the original Japanese version, but in the American version, it's called Regenerator G1

i absolutley love how when Orga is revealed the music is a warped, more evil version of the Godzilla theme fits so perfectly, gives the feeling that this contains traits of something familiar, yet it's something different, something unnatural and sinister that's presenting itself
The U.S. version of Godzilla 2000 is probably the only movie where I will say the American cut is superior to the Japanese cut. The soundtrack in some scenes is more fitting and epic in the American version, unnecessary scenes are cut down, and the sound effects (especially Orga's roar) are improved.

MrE.Guest Yeah, but it was really used only to fill in parts where Godzilla opened his mouth and didn't roar at all. Toho was really lazy with the music and sound effects in the Japanese version, as there are long scenes with no music and sound effects at all, something the U.S. cut thankfully fixed.
The King of the Monsters I guess they figured anything was better than the '98 movie so they didn't bother to put in as much effort.
@@thekingofthemonsters9050 I agree. And honestly, I think that the additional Zilla 98 roars actually work in this movie, giving the G2K Godzilla more vocal range when compared to the other Millennium versions of Godzilla.

I remember seeing this movie as a kid and was absolutely spellbound by this music. When it was revealed that Orga wanted to become Godzilla himself by absorbing him to become a better version, I felt as though Godzilla's throne was in as big a threat, if not greater than, as when he fought Destroyah. I was watching in suspense of how Godzilla would face a monster hell bent on becoming his superior by turning himself into an ever evolving clone. This song made the fight all worthwhile. Thanks for sharing such a big part of my childhood.

Orga will be a Powerful Enemy to Godzilla if He's a little bit smarter
orga was a newborn so it wasnt as big as a threat to me, destroyah was a bigger threat to me because it beat up godzilla in his (godzilla's) most powerful form
This is such an underrated piece of music in the franchise. I love it for what it is. Robinson added some nice vibes to this track.
This soundtrack gave me chills. Orga is a freak mutation born from the cells of a god, and even his theme music matches that description.
Man, Godzilla 2000 is such an underrated film.

Love how Godzilla's theme was used but with a more terrifying tone for Orga since he was created by aliens using Godzilla's regenerated cells. Absolutely perfect!

Glad to see Im not the only one who thinks the American version of Orga is better than the Japanese. The Peter Robinson score is one of the best.
Orga was one of those uncommon instances where Godzilla didn't have the advantage of total physical superiority. I'm all for new monsters and a bigger rogues gallery, but Orga is one of those enemies I'd like to see more of.

I wish that TOHO... or Sony... or SOMEONE decides to release the music composed by J. Peter Robinson for this movie alongside the edited Hattori music for a complete version of the American cut's score in a commercially available format some day. I mean, I know that there was a CD released back in the 2000's for promotional purposes that contained some of Robinson's music, but that thing is out of print, was really obscure, and most downloadable files ripped from the CD that are on the internet have inconsistent sound quality, ranging from super good to mediocre, sometimes within the same track depending on the download. I suppose that some dreams... may never come true. :(
