    @Femi Falana, yes Labor Unions have the right to go on strike. But Government/Employers have the right retain or fire them

      Yes, they can hire and fire, but those who happens to retain their jobs should not be receiving stipends as salaries.
      Let them fire whoever they want to, but pay those who retain their jobs very well.
