We are so fortunate to be able to witness something like this because as an actor, this is a process of getting into a character and especially establishing a beautiful connection and vulnerability and a loving feeling towards what is essentially a perfect stranger. It's a process and it's a process that ever acted goes through and it's incredibly brave of Mew and Charlotte to show this process and for you to be part of it and then to watch the series and say wow. These two seeming strangers created this beautiful chemistry that was created in the workshop. With these exercises in you know journaling and all of these processes that we go through as professional actors. And I know this because I am a professional actor. The thing that concerns me is when the audience looks at it as being something more than it is. For example, and this is extremely controversial, some people say that Heath Ledger destroyed himself because he couldn't disassociate himself from the Joker. Now I don't think that's true. I think there was much more at play but that is an example of someone who entered into a character so powerfully and courageously and left himself completely open and vulnerable to the maniacal character of the Joker. The reason I bring this up is because as actors we have to we have to transcend beyond what would be a normal relationship we have to in order to give you the payoff of a loving, dedicated loyal connection in regards to a romantic relationship being created on screen. And is beautiful to witness and as an actor it's beautiful to be a part of, but the most important part of being one of these characters is being able to take the character off at the end of the day and go home to the person you love and know that you're with them. And the person you left on set is your creative partner but not your lover. And sometimes it's difficult for actors too separate those things, but more so I'm seeing that it's difficult for the audience to let that go. As a professional actor. I have struggled with this and gotten involved with people who I was associated with in series and was extremely detrimental to my personal life. So as actors we struggle with this but it's incredibly important that the audience support us in understanding that this is illusion and not reality. Sorry for the rant but I just thought it was time. One Love 💘💖💓❤️
