I wrote this last night
"At the crossroads of life, I stood unsure, not knowing which way to go. Love seemed on one side, and an unknown path on the other. I couldn't remember the way, and everything became blurry as it started to rain. Alone, I hoped for a fresh start, but the one who used to show me the way was nowhere to be found. In the dark night, I felt hopeless, shouting without anyone to wake up for me.
I screamed, 'Let the past go,' hoping to see what the future holds. I just wanted to be free from the wrong rules on me. Wondering why everyone threw me apart, I was all alone the night someone left me. I felt cold and burned inside, crying without anyone seeing. Leaving the room with a letter by my side, I jumped into the swimming pool, wet like my view of life. No one knew I was living but felt like I died. Hiding my issues, I wondered why no one cares for me.
Alone in the dark, I asked, 'Why are there no lights for me?' In the morning but living the night, I said sorry to the young me for the pain I gave myself each night. No mom, no dad, no one by me. No friends, no one to hold me. Lying down in the snow without good clothes, I apologized for everything to my younger self."
