Hi Hitesh, Nice to here you have done some good treks. Those are some 1-2 days treks whereas Lamkhaga Pas is compared as one of the difficult or challanging treks in Uttarakhand. You'll need to have good fitness to do this trek. Temperature may vary at places from -2/3 to 15/20 degree, so thermals, fleece, down jacket/ wind jacket and rain jacket is something I'll recommend for layering. We did go to Harshil, that was last day of the trek.

No we didn't use crampons. Few people did carry it. It all depends on the weather, not mandatory but good to carry.
