What do you use to weigh down the centerpiece so it won’t tip over?

For plastic crafts like this one, I use sturdier parts of the bottle for the base. The mouth and the base of bottles are sturdier and thicker. So use those pieces as base while crafting. Besides, if they are showpieces/centerpieces that can be used as containers, then the weight of the items are enough to keep it in place. Hope that helped.

You may use any type of bottles provided they are easy to cut. Plain plastic bottles I guess without any molded pattern are available anywhere and everywhere.
