your craft item is superb. In the end , the white colour has to be applied inside the rings also or only on upper surface of the rings?

Glad you like my work. The white color is a primer. The primer is applied to hide the prints of the paper. It is to be applied on all sides. I hope that helped.

Thanks for watching. If you do not have gesso, you may use primer (white wash) used for walls. If not then you can directly apply the paint. See that the paint is thick to cover the print or else you may have to give 2 or 3 coated. I hope that is clear.

Usually, it shouldn't take too long for it to dry. Half an hour max. Keep it in a cool, dry and airy place it'll dry faster. Hope that helps.
