Thanks for the great video! Tomo's style of playing is very impressive to say the least. And lots of wisdom was shared here. I especially liked the part where you and Tomo talked about the difference between playing and practicing. That hit home with me. During my practice time, I mostly focus on perfecting a skill or technique. When I am just playing, I am not thinking as much.
I said it in one of his videos and I"ll say it again. We are literary blessed to have such a great teacher. If you haven't already, go check his web site. You won't regret it!
Thanks for introducing me to this guy! You're both PHENOMENAL
I dare you to try and watch a Tomo video and not smile, and remember "no wrong notes, that's just Jazz"
Always a pleasure to hear Tomo play.
Dude, your like, amazingly good.
Also you look like Eric Clapton (compliment).
Regards to teacher. I liked the way you are intereacting with your teacher. So respectful. Thank you.
lol - Tyler fanboying, hard core....not that I blame him - Fujita is unreal
I could listen to you guys for days ! This is so awesome
18:40 : Starts stank face and jams out with Tomo. 🔥
19:14 : 🤨...😁
Right around 10:10 where he talks about the difference between practicing and playing was 100% spot on. You have to be thinking about what you are trying to improve. Otherwise it is just a jam. Great lesson.
Has anyone noticed that the cap tip is missing from Tomo's pickup selector switch?
The intro jam is pure bliss!
Casually plays one of the hardest jeff beck songs... No one bats an eye
was it that lil window toward the end that sounded like cause we've ended as lovers?
knew this would be tomo the second I read the title. he's amazing.
HOLY HECK THAT INTRO JAM IM
Beautiful as always! Incredible ensemble and duo ❤
