Hey Mark, I miss a residential REIT in your list. You mention two industrial REITS, two triple net lease REITS and a data center REIT. But for me residential REITS are missing, because I think they are really resistent agains crisis or economic drawdowns. People have to live somewhere. Greetings from Germany!

Alreits gives ADC,O,PLD, and FR a 100/100. VICI gets a 92 due to years since IPO and EQIX gets a 93 due to debt.
