Beautiful video and really nice watching. Thailand very with many talest building and Chao Praya River and many other place. Very interesting and a beautiful this Building.🌷🌷😍😍
I think this is a brilliantly designed building, taking advantage of the location and amazing view. Jeroen, you must be the hardest working person in BKK. Appreciate all you offer!!
Living near Chao Phraya is the best thing, 10 years ago, I had a night in Banyan Tree Resort, Sathornroad, very luxury hotel, but only one night😅 🇹🇭✌🏼🤘🏼
Agree Joen actually the lower floors are better on the river to enjoy the perspective. I looked at some 50 plus magnolia units years ago and you had go the window and bend your neck down 45 degrees to even see the river.
New subscriber here Jeroen,.....absolutely love your videos.I am in the UK and relocating to Thailand in the coming years and love the amazing properties you have been showing. That view in the 2 bedroom apartment is absolutely incredible! The night scene when all the buildings are lit up must be absolutely breathtaking! Thank you from a new friend in the UK
Nice to see this appartment again. You said it is quite far from the city center, but at the other hand you have an amazing view on that very city center and on top of that you can look life goes by at the Chao Phraya River as well....NICE!
If I had enough money, I would move to Thailand and buy an apartment at the Banyan residence. This looks like a dream place for me to live with the amazing views and so much calm at the same time. Thank you Jeroen😅
You can still find adorable places in Thailand, even Bangkok. He just shows mostly the luxury ones here but the lesser cost places do exist all over :)
@@Satish.Kumar521 you’re welcome :) the only non easy thing is figuring out what to do for a living while there. I am not Thai but my husband is so we would have options. For now we are in my home country in the states which is working for us but the cost of living vs what we can save is horrible here.
I’m not sure I could handle the heights. I would have to live on a little lower floor maybe no higher than 5th maybe 7 and most. Not sure we can afford all the luxury ones you show but they are beautiful. We pay around 3500 or so a month in the states so maybe some of them lol. We are planning to maybe start a business there by the time our kid is in HS so we would be placing him in one of the international schools. Still a top plan otherwise we will wait until he is done. He’s only in 5th grade now but time flies. Thanks for showing us this beautiful place.
It's already 3,5 million for the furniture. There are cheaper options in the building, starting unfurnished for around 42 Million. 53,640,000 THB is about 1,54 Million USD.
Thank you for Sharing. But totally overprice apparment. The cost per sqm are over 8000 Euros. And that without the land. There are many european big citys with better prices. Also asian and american.
At almost 2 M I can purchase a high end condo in NY USA. Banyantree and Magnolia are overpriced! Ps. I am Thai who owns 2 condo in Bkk and Pattaya. I hate to buy things overpriced.
The price is also a bit higher because of the quality furniture that is in the room. The valus of the furniture alone is already listed on about 3,5 million THB.
It's 3,5 km from the Banyan Tree Residences to Shrewsbury International School. The kids could actually go to school by boat. If you connect at the Sathorn Pier.
@@globaltravelmate really, that interesting think my daughter would love going school by boat. thank you for your response, discussion time with my daughter, we currently debating where to live Phuket or Bangkok , my daughter as eczema and asthma I worry if the Bangkok poor air will have negative effect on her illness, Bangkok would be better for travel ? would living outside of the city and near the river may easy things ???? lots to think about ?
It's actually next to the Quarter Hotel on the river. There is a 7-Eleven a few 100 meters from the building and with the Gold BTS it is one station to the ICONSIAM mall.
To be honest, I like high-rise buildings, but it makes me nervous because I grew up in earthquake country.. I searched many times in internet but couldn’t find.. Is there a low-rise riverside building with private swimming pool ( for buy/rent ) or pool villa for rent ? I looked your all videos in sukhumvit homes page .. There are some nice low rice buildings.. All floor is yours but somehow they didnt put a pool .. You have private lift to access to floor but no pool ..
I feel a bit cut off from the city living in this location, i lived in wonwian yai for a month and didn't like it for that reason. But it will be much better when they build the purple line and red line extension
Unfortunately, this building was built with complete disregard for its neighbor, Baan Chao Phrya, blocking long-established views of the river. The two buildings are so close that resedents of one building can lean out their window and borrow a cup of sugar from their neighbor next door. Additionally, apartments are small. One bedroom units range from 70 to 85 square meters and floor plans are basic, to say the least. There are many better buildings in BKK.
It's brown from the sediment that is been taking down from up North. There is not so much industry, so the river is actually quite clean. (I am not talking about the canals in the city)
Two bedroom master is so small you barely walk between end of the bed and wall... shamefull.. Every year they squeeze us in smaller units and charge more...
Thanks Jeroen. Always good seeing you.
Banyan tree has a fabulous portfolio cheers again for the video jereon,,,peace and happiness
Very nice, that's what I'm looking for right on the river.

My pleasure Kashif, I am glad you like it.

Just doing my job KP. Happen to bring my camera everywhere. haha
Absolutely awesome places to live……lap of luxury!

Beautiful the Banyan Tree Tower 😮😊
New year’s fireworks would be stunning 🎉
Absolutely, you will have front row seats from here.
The boat, is like going on holidsy everyday.

Wow, every room has a view!! I wish I could pay it.
stunning!
Floor plans and the view is so amazing.
Beautiful
Very nice apartment
That is really spectacular! But that price is quite exclusive
The units get a bit cheaper if you buy them without furniture, but yes the prices are quite exclusive indeed.
If I had enough money, I would move to Thailand and buy an apartment at the Banyan residence. This looks like a dream place for me to live with the amazing views and so much calm at the same time. Thank you Jeroen😅
Choose Lumpini Park instead. Old but still well-maintained. The same view at 1/3 price.
@@jomontanee thank you for the recommendation

Lovely place
One day Joreon- hope i can come to you and say i want a condo like this from you! 😊
That's not cheap, $7.58 million (53,640,00 THB). Thanks for sharing.

precisely, this isn't too far off canary wharf pricing in london. maybe there's strong domestic demand, similar to china?
Big money banyan
Beautiful building and great location as it's on the other side of the river. At over 53000000 baht, it's at the top end, but the quality is there.
The price is also a bit higher because of the quality furniture that is in the room. The valus of the furniture alone is already listed on about 3,5 million THB.
I don’t see no prices
Why are there so many units available, is the building sinking?
There are not many units available.
amazing apartment and great location it seems away from the busy city , how far is the Banyan Tree from Shrewsbury International School ?

2 million Canadian.
I can get this condo in Miami for less. Insane.

That river looks so filthy dirty never understand why that area would be a desirable view or location for luxury properties 🤮
Just about every river in SE Asia near the ocean looks like that. It's not dirty as such.
It's brown from the sediment that is been taking down from up North. There is not so much industry, so the river is actually quite clean. (I am not talking about the canals in the city)
