I knew the potato salad was Lizzie because how she reacted when they were eating it
I am a migraine sufferer, and one year when I was in primary school I trick-or-treated in my grandparents' neighborhood. I had a few packs of Bottle Caps candy on an empty stomach and started to get a ridiculous migraine headache. My grandma wasn't very experienced at helping me through them, so she had me try to take a nap on a sofa in her front room. There was this thing where the coolness of "the other side of the pillow" really helped me, so I jammed my head between the seat cushion and the huge plush back. And I vomited. Hard. Down deep into the bowels of that sofa. We could not get the melange odor of stomach acid and chalky soda candies out of that thing, and they ended up getting rid of it. More than a quarter of a century later, I still cannot eat Bottle Caps. Don't even eat them near me. Or say their names. My guts are squeezing just because I'm telling the story. I can taste them.

Yeah, but I get what Frances means. Like, I can't eat things that have made me puke in the past. Granted, I have a serious phobia of vomiting(like it's no problem in movies, and I can help pull my friends' hair back or something if that happens, but if I'm the one puking, that's when there's a problem), so if/when it happens, anything associated with it gets cut out of my life pretty much entirely, but still.

I can, as long as it's because they got food poisoning(assuming we KNOW that's what it was), or they're drunk. I've had a few times when I had to hold a friend's hair back after a night at the bar. XD That's fine with me. But if there is ANY chance it's because they have something contagious, I am OUT!!!

I just want to note that having watched years of GMMore in the old studio, I highly appreciate the subtle zoom out of the camera when the crew came in. Helps fit everyone in frame and was much needed in the past!

We were on a road trip and my brother was sick and he was eating maple leaf cookies. He kept burping maple/puke smell in my face. That night I sat up in the middle of bed and projectile vomited a mound of maple cookie mush onto the hotel shoe mat. I'm a Canadian who can't eat anything maple now lol.

I might as well tell my vomit story:
I knew I was allergic to peanuts but for some odd/stupid reason, when I was 9 years old I decided to give them another try to see if I was "over it". A teacher's aid gave me a candy bar and I wanted to enjoy my treat. So I accepted it and didn't tell her I couldn't have peanuts. (Can't remember the name of the bar.) When I got on the school bus on the way home I took one bite of it and knew something was terribly wrong. My throat and mouth started itching and tingling and my stomach started to hurt. I got off the bus and started walking to my house. Made it in and up the stairs to my room, where I proceeded lie on my bed and curl up into the fetal position. And then it happened. I felt nauseous, sat up and immediately started projectile vomiting. I tried my best to make it to the toilet quickly but it wouldn't stop! I was running down the hallway to the bathroom and every few steps I had to stop and vomit again. I puked 4 times before I finally made it to the toilet. By the time I got to the toilet...I was done puking. 😂 But I had left a trail of vomit puddles along the hallway. After that I could say with confidence that yes, I am still allergic to peanuts. Never did that again. 🤣

I really, really enjoyed the chemistry in this GMMore.
You can clearly tell that each one of those people is comfortable with each other after they have worked together for so long. The way Link was teasing Chase, Jen, who apologized for staring at Link...such a relaxing atmosphere!
At first I was a bit concerned, because Lizzie seemed a bit tense / stressed, but when the game started, she got back to her old self, I think :) (And I like her outfit a lot! Sorry, very random)
I also have to say that I LOVE Kevin's stories! I hope he will follow Rhett and Link's footsteps and write a book about his life one day! Because I would buy that immediately! (Or maybe make an audiobook, because I really like the way he tells stories! :D)

Liking the crew stories and guessing game.
For some reason, the visual of throwing up into a Ghostbusters jacket truly makes my stomach turn. I've never gagged when watching GMM, but Kevin's story finally did it.

My best/worst puke story: I used to be really into iCarly and decided to have spaghetti tacos bc they made them in the show. 20 minutes later I was puking it back up. I tend to throw up out my mouth and nose and after I blew my nose and a small noodle came out. Lol

i have a stomach disease called gastroparesis and i’m literally always nauseous (or throwing up). there’s not much that helps it but i love a good heating pad and i basically live on toast, saltines, and ginger ale lol

Chase, I too have thrown up out of my nose. My experience was less public but elementally different from yours in the way that the sheer velocity and volume at which I was throwing up make me puke out of my mouth and nose, simultaneously.

Same thing happened to me with funnel cake at a drive -in movie with my friend. I ate waaaay too much funnel cake, got sick, didn’t eat funnel cake for about 12 years. Tried it again, and it’s delicious! 😋
I just realized now how much Kevin looks like leisure suit larry.... I can't unsee it.
When I was younger I begged my mom to buy me spaghetti-o’s cuz I never tried them. A few weeks go by and I’m sick with the flu and mom decides it was the perfect time to make them. I took a few bites and stopped cuz I wasn’t that hungry. A few minutes later I puked all over the couch. At least 15 years later I remember exactly how they tasted and will still not eat them.
Twice I threw up food because I was getting sick with the flu and didn't know it until after I ate. For years I couldn't face hot dogs or butterscotch pudding. I still get a bit nauseous looking at butterscotch pudding, but once I start eating it I'm fine. Weird how those things stay with you.
Me: I'm gonna watch this episode later, at lunch time in the office

The first time I experienced vomit was in first grade when a classmate puked spaghetti all over my back (somebody's birthday that day I think)...and I didn't know that it had happened or what had happened. We were lined up to leave the classroom and I just stood there completely oblivious to the spaghetti-vomit dripping down my back (and a little bit on my hair).
Lizzie, your mom isnt the only one. My mother in law once found a jar of cherries in the back of her fridge...... they expired in 1973. No joke

Subway it was at a mall any other subway I could go to and get my normal order. I kept trying to eat the subway at the mall and 5 mins later throwing up in the trash can. My mom kept calling the manager of that subway and last time I went to the mall I didn't see it...

Edit: I puked in a trash can right next to the food court. I also puked in a really nice/expensive store...
I once ate butterscotch pudding, apples, garlic pickles, and a pint of ice cream all within a two hours time slot while on vacation. I spent the entire next day throwing up and I had to stay at the condo by myself while my family enjoyed the only day of vacation I was looking forward to.

Kevin you're thinking of the Sandlot; the movie where all the kids throw up is after everyone thinks they're cool for chewing on chaw and swallow the spit instead of...spitting, then proceed to get on a roller coaster.
At my old apartment the refrigerator would sometimes go off and on, and because of that I once unknowingly ate some spoiled chili. I could tell something was wrong after two bites and stopped eating it immediately, but within 10-15 minutes I had the most violent bout of food poisoning I've ever head. My mom makes great chili, but it took me at least 2 years before I could eat it again.
