@@collinskinzi5434 yeah 👍 and make sure you follow due diligence to the latter don't skip a step... Work with a professional lawyer and also have some personal research before buying...also the lawyer should be independent from the seller or contractor

About the roof, hiyo roof inafaa inclined 45*. Si flat to prevent water from settling above. What is your opion on that.

Is it advisable to do wall with 9x9 machine cuts? Especially if my area is prone to flooding and has black cotton? Or will 6x9 stones be just fine?
The Stone is not the biggest issue but the rebars n style of building
